Morning Yogini's -
This morning I did Cardio Coach #3 on the TM with a couple of the intervals on the bike/elliptical for variety and then did Tracey's new Kickbox Sweatfest starting at combo 3 or so. I listened to my own music with Tracy and it made it much better! I'm spoiled from the CIA's recent music! I did a total of 1 hour and 20 minutes of cardio and burned 519 calories. I then did Power Squeeze ab/legs/butt segments followed by 50" of The Karma Yoga Project - Flow Practice. The yoga ended up being all standing and balancing poses and my legs were toast by that point - I didn't know it didn't have any floor poses when I chose it. I'm trying to work out really hard since I'm going to be going to Vegas Saturday......think I may have overdone it slightly today.
Yve - Do you mind if I ask how old you are? I was just curious. That's very interesting to learn about your home buying process in Canada. From what i hear about this and your healthcare system, I'm ready to move there! Do you have to work 40 hours a week? How much vacation time do companies give there?? LOL !! Too bad it's so freakin' cold there! I remember Missisauga that Feb I was there!! Brrrrrrrrrrrrr! Calms Forte can only be bought in Health food stores and Walgreen's from my experience here in Ohio. I usually get mine from Walgreen's. I think it's cheaper.
RE: oils - Last night I placed another order -- couple Panacea blends Had a sample of Grr (for headaches) and Ugh (for muscle pain) and tried them yesterday, as I had a horrid headache and ended up ordering them with another bottle of Poisson D'Avril LE, Monster Bait Blood Mary LE and Minotaur LE (which is resiny and lovely, slightly sweet...similiar to Schwarzer Mond which is a fave of mine). Prior to that, I bought (the above) as well as Milk Moon LE, Monster Bait Bloody Mary (mmmmmm.....cherry vanilla goodness), Poisson D'Avril, Monster Bait Ventriloquist Dummy, Monster Bait Toyko Stomp and Minotaur LE. I also have an order coming with Coral Snake Viper Snakepit (from the Carnivale Diabolique collection - it's my favorite), Khandita from the Valentine Herione's collection and a bottle of Vasakasajja -- also from the Heroine's collection. geez.....! The Amazon link is down below.
This breaking news on the shooting at V Tech is absolutely horrifying! What would cause a 23 year old to be so angry that he viciously went right up to many students and shot them point blank in the head (according to an eye witness). I wonder what his motive was. They are still trying to piece it together. Unbelievable !

Jen - Good to hear from you! I was really starting to get concerned/worried. I never liked Kimberly Spreen before.....and just recently developed a liking for her and her kickboxing. Bootcamp Kickbox is an older one....I just got it and I like it, but my favorite is the newest CIA Absolute Kickboxing. I didn't like Cardio Camp at first but I like it a lot more now. The music in the CIA you got is good (not great), but this year's is GREAT! Sorry to keep saying that but I'm really getting spoiled from it. Re: Amy Bento - I think she's my second favorite instructor aside from Cathe. She doesn't whoop at all in her latest offerings. I don't mind it at all in her first ones........as that sort of stuff doesn't bother me and at times if I'm dying - I woop along with her - especially in her cardio!! I really like her personality and she is also a very nice person. She's gone out of her way to email me several times and give me detailed information on a few things.....and she has a day job! She only does the fitness DVDs on the side. She teaches classes at night, holds a day job and is a nutritionist plus does the Videos. I think she' a freakin' amazing person!! I really admire her! She has a great body also.
Sorry you haven't been able to visit from work...........and I don't look forward to those days!
talk to everyone later.
sorry this is such a long (in 2 ways) post.......the link caused that to happen.
