Trying to Fit Yoga in for Thurs Nov 6

Morning Ladies -

My alarm went off for an entire half hour before I heard it....so I didn't get up as earlier as I would have liked to. I have to be at work at 8:00 am.

I did Amy Bento's Step Challenge first 3 combos only and repeated it. Workout was 53" (all I had time for) and I burned 473 calories. I don't know if I'll ever learn this DVD. I like combo 3 and I can pick most of it up but I can't get combo's 1 & 2 and most of the connecting steps. I'm always on the wrong foot. I may always have to do my own version of this DVD!

Have great workouts ladies. I can get used to this part time work....much easier than the 40 hour weeks! Too bad it can't be reality!

Jen - I don't know about his job being a blessing in diguise. My DH makes the comments that he doesn't want me out of the house, etc.....but when I'm here, he's always telling me to zip it or get out of the room........still! I guess he just has a lot of hot air to release??

Hi ladies! No WO for me tonight. I got dressed in my WO clothes and did the WU and first leg segment of Ripped 1000 but stopped because I felt too fatigued. I need an extra rest day. I sooooo wanted to be finished with this rotation tonight, but no biggie...I will just finish on Saturday.

Lora-Wow that Amy choreography must be pretty tough to give you any problems! You tackle some pretty complex stuff! Don't worry, I am sure you will have it down in no time! I finally remembered the Patrick Goudeau DVD I rented-it was called Kitchen Sink Conditioning.
