Trying to Fit Yoga in for Thurs April 5

Morning Yoga Ladies -

This morning I did Cardio Coach 2 on the Treadmill followed by Box & Burn (Interval Kickbox workout). My HR monitor lost it's settings in the middle of the workout, as the battery is weak and needs replaced so I'm not really sure how many calories or how long my workout was, but I think it was just around 65 minutes.

I had no time for yoga this morning (and that made me mad -- guess I'm spoiled, but I better get used to it....cuz as soon as I go back to work, I won't have time anyway!). The stretch in the Box & Burn workout was a nice thorough 8 minute stretch and I was happy about that!

After I woke up (late), I realized I have a dental appt late morning, so I need to get the grocery shopping done prior to that (don't like to go later in the day). In an ideal world, I'd try to fit in some yoga and maybe a bit more cardio or Pilates later, but usually if I don't do it first thing, it doesn't get done.

Brooklyn has a new hiding place and I can't find it. It drives me crazy. I hate when I don't know all of their "spots". We've had a small cat condo for 19 years and the only cat that ever went in it occasionally was Pandora. Guess who I saw in it today? Brooklyn!! Glad she likes it.

Yve - how are you feeling? Do you have your strength back?

Jen - I hope their not working you too hard at work. I wouldn't like staying late. Did you try any of your YBB Lives yet? What do you think? Have a great day ladies.
 
Hi ladies! I painted all afternoon yesterday. No WO for me. Totally wipes me out. Looks better and brighter, though. Today I am going to try to arrange some artwork and hang some shelves...I have a few choices and will probably take pictures of each option to help me decide. I went to Barnes and Noble today to check out Body for Life for Women but decided I already know what to do and what to eat and I would rather have more workouts. We primarily went there to find DH a birthday present. Usually he is SO EASY but I was really stumped this year. He wanted a Star Trek Box set featuring all the episodes with with Borg.....would never have thought of that one..... so glad he was with me. I also got a Barnes and Noble coupon on the mail, so I told him to find something else online.(..and I think I'll throw in a few WO DVDs I have been eyeing :)....).. OK, gotta go finish redecorating...I think I'll have some Starbucks :) while I mull it over..........

Lora-Pandora sounds so cute! I have had a cat before but never a kitten. It really sounds like so much fun! I have only tried the YBBs I had already done from Netflix (Latin flavor, Light and Easy). I have looked at most of the others but have not done them. The 60s a go-go one doesn't excite me...it's the only one I haven't previewed. I will probably like it better once I have actually done it. I am sorta going through another step phase, so I have been doing Cathe cardio, but just using the platform so I can do it most days a week without my knees suffering. I can't believe how good her workouts are. On her advanced WOs, I can sweat up a storm with just the platform, on the more intermediate ones I have to use one riser or they aren't the challenge they once were.

Yve-How is your sleep lately? Has it gotten better? Looks like you are getting in some excellent WOs. Does your SO work out, too? Is he a healthy eater or more of a sabateur?
