Trying to Fit Yoga In for Sunday November 18

Morning Ladies -

This morning i did Cardio Kick Step Boxing with Kelly Coffey Meyer. Workout was 65" and I burned 580 calories. The music towards the end of this DVD is great, but I still don't have the moves down yet.

I also did Rodney Yee's Yoa for Athletes 50". Not sure what segment I did. I tried to select Flexibility. The segments on this DVD don't seem very clear from the menu. I'll have to check it out at another time.

I have to work the late shift again today I hope my day is better than yesterday. I work 3-11 today.....so let's hope it's in cosmtics.

I actually like it when we have stock to put away on the shelves...as it makes the time go faster. For some reason, now that I know I'll only be there 2 more days, the time is going even slower.

Hi ladies! I spent most of yesterday online doing research. Ended up buying 8 books on infertility (mostly used, 2 new-including your recommendation, Yve-thanks!) in the hopes I can get some tips on how to deal a little better with all this. I did get in my WO, which was Barry's Bootcamp, Legs WO. Yikes! What a toughie!!!! I had to modify lots and lots on that one. I had a really hard time since I was still fatigued from the last cardio-it's so tiring to do what essentially amounts to blasts all in a row! }( EVIL!!! I can't remember what's on tap for today-maybe chest and back? Anyway, I checked my e-mail and I have RopeSport Basic and Prevention Get Moving coming in from Netflix on Monday. I may end up doing Barry's every other week just because I think it works, but it is too taxing on the body (at least this body :p) for a 4 week period. That will leave me some space to recover and fit in some other workouts. I still have Jillian's Frontside and Backside to work in somewhere. I will be back to report my WO for later and to get in some personals. My DH is going to the Falcons football game today so the puppies and I will have a few hours to ourselves!
 
Hi ladies, back again! I did BBC Chest & Abs today and really liked it. I did not do the cardio today, since DH arrived with food as I was finishing the weights portion and I couldn't resist joining him! I will do that cardio tomorrow because I previewed it and it looked pretty good. I liked the instructor in this one very much-he seemed very professional, much more so than the others. I also like the one with Barry in it-he is funny sometimes. I had to modify to my knees for the push ups-goodness there were lots of those!

Lora-Happy for you that your last days at Walgreens are here! I actually used to like working the front register during my retail days-seemed like the time flew by. Hope your day was better today! Do you have a favorite of the Barry's Bootcamp workouts? How long do you usually stay in a Barry's rotation? How is your mom doing lately?

Yve-So sorry to hear about your dad. What a scary episode! Glad to hear that his spirits are good-that makes all the difference. How is your mom doing through all of this? How are you feeling these days? Your energy must still be pretty good considering the long work days you are putting in. Regarding my family plans, the next step is to talk with the marriage/family counselor about the options presented to us at the last consultation (1. move forward with IVF in spite of the odds, 2. use an egg donor & DH materials (if viable), or 3. embryo adoption (if neither of us are viable) and figure out the best option financially, emotionally, etc. Also my DH has to have his consult with another urologist and probably a biopsy, to find out if he has any swimmies they can extract, since they are not finding their way out on their own. :7 That will tell us whether or not we can have a child that will have both our biologies or not. There is a lot riding on these next few appointments.
