Trying To Fit Yoga In for Sunday Nov 4

Morning Ladies-

This morning I did Amy's new Hi/Lo Dome cardio portion. I only did the first 3 combos and repeated the last combo and a couple of the intervals. I really liked the intervals...although my feet were bothering me and my shoes (newer Mizuno's) were rubbing on my bunions and I had a hard time today. I hope now that they are broke in, they didn't stretch out too much and this is going to be a problem....or it might just be my feet are so sore from being on them constantly when I'm not used to it. Workout was 1 hour and 6 minutes and I burned 519 calories. I wanted to do yoga and the Dome portion of the workout, but I didn't get up early enough and I've got to go to work later.

I liked Amy's workout but I will need to do it a few times. It's a bit to catch on to. Not as bad as the step, but still coreographed. I liked the music on this one better than the other one so far. I wish my shoes weren't bothering me so I could have enjoyed it more.

Hope everyone is doing well.

Hi ladies! Yesterday's WO was Ripped 1000 Chest X 2 followed by 100 chest press. I followed that with Prevention Personal Trainer ab and back segment X 2 and then the step only portions of SJP and the 1st combo of SB. Good workout! It's TTOTM today so I am not sure I will WO today-I am not feeling so hot. If I do, it is back day. I probably could do the weight work today, but will skip the ab work and do some walking for cardio. I am scheduled this week at the IVF doc for repeat testing. My last bloodwork came back with some poor results (not health-wise, but fertility-wise) which was pretty devestating. Apparently, my ovaries think they are 46 instead of 36. I may not be a candidate for IVF afterall. Let's hope that this week's results are much better and that the last results were just a fluke, shall we? :)

Lora-Gosh, there is so much good press about those new Amy Bento's! I don't want to buy anything new right now, so I hope Netflix carries those eventually! I previewed Tracy Long Training Better Burn Better Buns and it looks really good-and it looks surprisingly tough too. Can't wait to try it after this rotation is over...unless I move right into a Barry's rotation! }( How did your interview go the other day? Is work getting any better? Sorry to hear about your foot problems. I have bunions too and know they are pretty painful. Have your tried anything for yours? Just wondering what gives relief, if anything.

Have a great day ladies! I will BBL to report my WO.

OK, back again to report my WO. I did Ripped 1000 back segment X 2 and added 100 rear flys. I then did Quick Fix 10 min abs on the stability ball. For cardio, I took my Bassett Hounds for a 30 min walk/jog. I realized today that their pace is actually a good guide for jogging. I was able to jog along with them and it helped even out my pace, since goodness knows they weren't going to go any faster! :p After we got back from that, I popped in LIS to start to practice the warm-up and 1st combo. That choreography gave me a bit of trouble, so I know it will take a few more times through. I will be treating her workouts as add ons for awhile...at least until I have the choreography down better. I actually felt really strong today and probably could have done more cardio...not sure what that's about. I had a protein shake before my workout today....maybe that helped? Or maybe just getting a good night's sleep!

Have a great night ladies!
