This morning I did Cardio Coach 1 on the Treadmill followed by CIA - Amazing Stepping with Nekea Brown - Interval Step workout for a total of 70" aerobics. I burned 530 calories. I also did 2 Lotte Berk Blasts, 1 from High Round Assets and one from Basic Essentials and then Eion Finn's Pure and Simple Yoga (40").
I didn't really care for the music in this CIA workout as much as the other CIA's, however, once I did it -- I realized the music does really go with the steps. It was reminiscent of Cathe's step moves. It was easy enough to follow that you could really work it.....but had enough in it to keep it from being boring. I really liked the workout a lot more than I thought I would. The music was like a Latin Dance type Ariba!!
Jen - forgot to mention that the Lunar Update is live - Milk Moon with the April Fool's Limited Editions -the MonsterBaits. Monster Baits are fun, slightly foody oils. I didn't really LOVE Yoga Burn, but it was okay. I've been trying to balance my yoga practice out more and have been doing one day of Kundalini alternated with a day of Ashtanga and I really did want an easy practice yesterday since my pain was flaring so badly. I also don't think it's a good idea for me to not do any cardio at all on my rest day, as cardio really helps my pain by getting the blood pumping. I may stick to light cardio on my rest days, but I simply didn't have time yesterday. Re: Tae Bo Live - yes, that must have been before it got impossible to get the rights to use the original music in workouts.

Yve - what's up? What are you doing this weekend?
I'm excited, as there is FINALLY a good medical job in the paper. I am qualified in all but one area. The job is with Akron Children & Babies Hospital which is the largest Children's Hospital in NE Ohio. It is in a local office. Wish me luck with getting an interview. Up to this point, there hasn't been anything for the last month or so.
Have a great day everyone. I'll be around later. The movies really stink this weekend so I won't even mention them!
