Morning Ladies -

This morning I did the Tai Chi workout with Janis Saffel and Scott Cole. Workout was 53" and I burned 300 calories. I don't really like this workout but I keep it hoping my mind will change. I also did Rainbeau Mars Yoga for Beauty - Dusk and I didn't enjoy this one as much as usual either............something must not be right in the Universe.

Got to get ready for my job interview and then going into work this afternoon.

Have a great day ladies.

ETA: Anyone here like Gilad? I have a Total Body Sculpt DVD Vol 1 (new - just released) that was rec'd loose in the case so it is a bit scratched....but if you want it, it's yours for shipping charges only. Please check out the description at Amazon.com if you're interested.

Hi ladies! I was trying to get on the internet to say hi last night but it was out in our area. :( I have no idea what's going to be on tap for today. I SHOULD finish up on legs today, but I am really ready to do something different...I am sure I will get plenty of let work in during my next rotation.

Lora-I have that Tai Chi one also and still haven't done it. At least you are giving it a shot-I am just not willing to give that DVD the time of day right now! :p Good Luck with your interview today!

Yve-Sorry to hear about your crazy work week! I saw that night that you didn't get home until 10:15 p. That should be illegal!!!

Have a great day ladies! I will BBL!

Hi ladies! Tonight's WO was Crunch Total Resculpt followed by Lower Intensity Step. I finally learned all three combos! :) :) :) :) I love it! Cathe really tricked me this time. I am starting to fall in love with cardio because of her. I will never toss my weights aside, mind you ;), but I am finding I have much less of a cardio dread factor when her step workouts are on tap. I enjoyed the Crunch WO. It sure is nice to work at an intermediate level every now and then. My only gripe is that it is really tough to tell what weight to use, since they use the same weight throughout and the exercise really aren't geared for that unless you are going to stay light (like 3 and 5 lbs) the whole workout. I used 7's and the tempo was too fast at times and too heavy for the shoulders at times. They encourage you at the end of the DVD to increase your weight...but I would say it would be a limited increase with the way it is paced, and therefore, quite limited in any real progess you could make with the DVD. Not sure I will buy this one, just due to that issue alone, but it is an EXCELLENT rental that I would love to throw in the mix from time to time.

I think I will just do what I want to this week and then start on a rotation next week. Still considering a Barry's rotation, but also would love to really get into the new Cathe's too! I usually dress up for the company holiday party and would love to look stunning (but of course APPROPRIATE  ) this year. I have read about some serious weight loss w/ Barry and I am not hearing as much about dramatic results on the Cathe's. (Still too new, maybe?) All I know is that I will be doing some YOGA this week and it's ABOUT TIME! :p

Have a great night everyone!
