Trying to Fit Yoga in for Saturday July 28

Morning Ladies -

I did my Jillian Book Circuit Backside and modified the jump rope, etc on the rebounder with my boot on. I added on a little Firm cardio at the end but it was so low impact cuz of my foot....that it ended up being more of an extended cool down. Workout was 1 hour 14 minutes and I burned 420 calories. I also did Eion Finn's Pure and Simple Yoga 40".

Have a great day ladies. Not sure what movie we're going to ....not much to pick from.

Not sure if anyone's going to be around today...but I started this any way.
 
Thanks for keeping up the thread anyway, Lora! Sorry I didn't make it by. Friday was my good friend's last day and we had so much to cover! This week will be crazy too, but I will be around as much as possible. Today is the Atlanta Cathe's get together!!! I plan to take my camera so I will be able to finally share some pictures. The weather here is rainy/yucky so I think we may not be able to go hiking as planned. x(

So, how close is the Vegas trip now? :) :) :) I have not caught up on posts yet, so how are the job prospects coming? Meant to ask you-did you ever purchase the Tae Bo on the Ball workouts? If so, how do you like them? Did you see that OD board post with a link to Collage Video and the Envy Girls workout? ROFLMAO!!!! :) You've got to see that clip if you haven't already checked it out.
