Morning Ladies -
I have a dental appt this morning so I had to cut my workout short. I did Leslie's 3 Mile Walk for 39 minutes and burned 326 calories. I used my Rebounder for parts of it and did part on the floor and held hand weights. I also did Dharma Yoga for Stress Relief 20".

Kel - I've never heard of Oblong Gliding discs....must be something new? I don't know what the purpose of them is?? Just make sure you get the ones made for the appropriate surface that you workout on. I work out on carpet, so I got the carpet ones. They sell ones for flooring also. I think you'll be happy with Gliding since you seem to have the same complaint about lower body work. That's the one reason I'm happy about seeing the pics from STS......as I know working my legs with gliding discs is good for them. Most of the Gliding DVDs are easy enough to follow that I jam my own music and do them.
