Trying to Fit Yoga in For Monday 3/24

Morning Ladies -

Ugh....it's Monday. I did not want to get out of bed and my motivation has gone South. I think it's cuz I'm depressed.

I did Jillian's 30-Day Shred Sessions 1 & 2 this morning. I heavied up on the weights ..using my 10-22 lb DB's and added ankle weights and DBs to the ab work. I did some of the cardio on the floor and some on the Rebounder. Workout was 73" and I burned 520 calories.

These are a lot better than her first series. These are more like her book circuits. I liked this....but the stretch was only 1.5 minutes at the end. I added a longer one.

Hi everyone -

This week, I decided to step it up a notch but still not go back with my exercise routines full force. So this morning, I did the Cardio & Upper Body Premix from HSTA, including the warm up & stretch. The workout ended up being about 45 minutes & it felt great to really be lifting again!

I never did get to work out or do any yoga over the weekend but we did finish our addition to the storage building in the back yard. I guess I'll count that as my workout... & I'm glad we did it because the next step is to clean out the garage so we can start building my new workout room!

Lora - Good workout this morning. Sorry you're feeling unmotivated & I hope you feel better soon. I still haven't been sleeping well so I'm really tired too. Hope work is better for you this week.

Yve - Hope you feel better. You shouldn't have more than a week or 2 to go now, right?

Hi ladies! Tonight's WO was 30 minutes of walk/jogging. My legs felt really tired from yesterday's WO and I felt tired overall today, so I took it a little easier than I wanted to. Tomorrow is back to BBC...probably legs.
