Hi Maniacs-

I ended up doing Barry's Bootcamp Chest & Abs. Subbed a few sets of presses/flies for 2 sets of pushups since they're are a ton. I also did the Non-treadmill cardio, but modified parts of it on the rebounder due to a flare up of sciatica. (weird cuz I even slept with the pillow between my legs last night). I added on 10 minutes or so of Gliding. Started by putting in a Mindy gliding cardio, but ended up doing my own thing since I was listening to my own music (BC - Time Bomb for Barry's & Nickelback - Long Road for cardio). I still am waiting for a really fast, hardcore Gliding workout. I only added on one Lotte Berk Essentials 10 minute blast and then did Ravi & Ana's Ultimate Stretch Kundalini yoga. Brooklyn decided she wanted attention during yoga and was in my lap half of the time and the other parts, she was batting at the tie hanging from my hoodie. Workout (without yoga or Lotte) was 1 hour 20 minutes and I burned 423 calories.

Have great workouts. I'll be around for a while. Don't forget to check out the BPAL LE 13 scent and other Limiteds for today.

Yve - So -- you think the yoga DVD looks good, or were you just browsing at all of the unique stuff at Fitness Organica. I try to be good --but it really doesn't work very well....especially the week before TTOTM.......I get bad then. As long as the Ebay funds keep coming in, I keep shopping. At least I'm doing my part for the economy!

Jen- are you okay? Did you have another long day at work yesterday?

Meg - so- how do you like the scenery on Shiva's DVD? I love the ocean and sand dunes. I really like how you can hear the ocean at the end during the shavasana. It's so relaxing. My hamsrings have been tighter than my hips lately. Running really does a number on me.

Okay ladies - NOW I KNOW I'm right about my suspicions of that lawyer office hiring again (the job I was fired from). I just got off Monster.com and they have a local Temp Agency running this ad (went up same day as the ad did in our local newspaper website).

I am positive this is the same job because of the type of practice and the job requirements. They had already been thru 2 secretaries before I started and now they've been thru 2 more .............makes me wonder how many they actually do go thru in that job and who was the real problem in this fiasco!! I guess that's why Unemployment found me to be "fired without just cause"!!! This does help my self esteem some since getting fired is actually quite an self esteem killer.

Done venting now. Gosh..........I should send my freakin' resume. I'm so tempted!! or better yet, I should send a DREAM fake one so they can get all excited for nothing!
