Morning Ladies -
This morning I did, a premix that Diane Sue from Hardcore put together for me of Cathe's 4-Day Split to equal 60". I don't think I went heavy enough on some of the exercises...so I'm a bit bummed about that. I then added on some Bootcamp Drills (about 10 minutes or so) and for the cool down, I boxed with Brooklyn cuz she came over and was batting at me wanting to box. Then I did the stretch. Workout was 1 hour and 23 minutes and I burned 490 calories.
I then did Yoga Complete for Everybody - Neck Practice 20" and Dealing with Change Practice 25".
I can't fall asleep for nothing....need to be on a schedule. Too much changing of going to bed times, etc.....is not good for people with chronic insomnia. I'm also getting too much sleep cuz I'm not getting out of bed in the morning....so it makes it harder for me to fall asleep cuz I never get tired when I get 6 hours of sleep a night!! Too much sleep for me.
Jen - I never did learn Amy's first step tape and I doubt I'll ever learn this newer one. I sort of have to do my own version with her. Can't learn from her or Tracey Staehle. I need breakdown and layering to learn properly and honestly, I don't do that complex of step......and if I do, I usually only do the beginning easier combos that are taught in a layered fashion. I think the hardest ones I've learned so far are Rob Glick's Step Gone Wild and Seasun's Rock Steady Step....but still don't have the latter all the way down to the end....only the first 30 or 40 minutes of it and it took TONS of practice. I'm challenged coreographically in step! Even Cathe stumps me at times..but I can eventually learn. AMy is a whole different story. However, I do think Amy's newest weight tape is better than Cathe's. I got much sorer from Amy's. The tempo and exercises are really different and make you work your body differently.
Have a great day ladies.
