Trying to Fit Yoga in For Friday April 6

Morning Yoginis -

This morning I did Barry's Bootcamp Shoulders & Back with Joey. I did the non-treadmill cardio and did part of it on the rebounder. Weights/cardio took 65 minutes with my own cool down and I burned about 390 calories (might not be totally accurate, as my resting heart rate is not set properly. I also did Intermediate Fluidity (30") and Ravi & Ana's Journey thru the Chakras - set 2 which was the upper chakras and Sara Ivanhoe's 20 Minute Yoga Makeover in Power Beauty Sweat.

Brooklyn decided she wanted attention when I was doing yoga. After she got done chasing my arm movements in Kundalini yoga, she settled down in my lap (was sitting crossed legged) and then I had to move her and keep petting her in between poses. She's a trip. Spoiled rotten already. I didn't really like the Kundalini segment -- maybe cuz the DH was home and he thinks I'm weird when I do the chanting and arm movements plus with Brooklyn in my lap, it was hard to concentrate on the yoga. Not complaining though..........she can sit in my lap and play with her as much as she wants.

Today is my clean date - 20 years!

My DH is home today for Good Friday and he's being a total jerk today. Errr........However, we are going to that Quentin Tarrantino flick "Grind House". Looks wild and crazy. Hopefully the DH will stop being a jerk.
