I've been combining the weight portion of BodyMax with MIS for a great endurance workout. For instance, I did bis and tris on Tuesday, so I did the PSBBA warmup, followed by MIS bis, then Bmax bis, then MIS tris, then Bmax tris. I stretched on my own, and felt like my tris were warmed up enough even though I didn't do a specific warmup for them.
Loved this!!

Wendy: Just curious, did you use less weight when doing MIS versus BMax? Meaning I know that when I do MIS, I use heavier weights than I do in BMax...

Just curious...Planning on trying out that particular workout this week and want to have my weights "ready", so to speak.

I havent done BodyMax in awhile and I was wondering if both the order of the upper body exercises corresponds to MIS or would I, since I dont have a DVD, be constantly fastforwarding and/or rewinding. The concept sounds great, but I have a feeling I wouldnt stick to a program that involved me monkeying with the remote excessively during my workout. Thanks for the input!

Terri--
I used the same weights for both so I wouldn't have to deal with changing the bar. I would usually go heavier with MIS, too, but since I was doubling up, I knew I might not be able to handle heavy the whole way through. I was right! I did this with chest and back last night and it was so hard, especially compared to bis and tris!!!
Have fun :)

Hi, Stacy--
The order is exactly the same, which makes it so perfect! I really hope these two tapes are put together eventually on DVD, but until then, this works well.
After the MIS legs section is chest, back, shoulders, bis,and tris. Bmax is the same. The only thing that wasn't working for me last week was that I was scheduled to do bis and tris the day before shoulders. This week I will switch to take care of any need to rewind or fast forward :)
Hope you like it!
