the title above is mark blanchards new power yoga series. i just bought it from the website www.truepoweryoga.com The series contains 4 yoga workouts. I haven't done any of them until today. Its raining outside and i was getting munchies b/c i was board so instead of eating i decided to do a yoga workout instead (go me). Anyways i did the shorter one (50 min) that is done by marks wife. Its titled "hip opener". I absolutely loved it and think that many here would enjoy it. My hips are super tight from years of weight lifting and not enough stretching. It really stretched my hips out and wasn't difficult. just wanted to share incase some of you are looking for new yoga workouts. When i do the other workouts i'll let you know how they are.
