I second you on that , I'm really enjoying Bill's protege, I'm soooooo hooked on this show mmt Dh and I can't stand to miss it and we were bummed to see that there was no new episode next Sunday, but I won't gripe since for a change it seems that HBO is running their series' more frequently instead of leaving what seems like years between them !

Bummer I didn't know that there was not going to be a new episode next Sunday. I was sorta "what the heck, . ." during the last episode. I would have loved to see the Jason Fellowship thing move forward a bit more, . . .since I think we all can tell he's probably going to end up doing the deed with the preachers wife, . .if not her than the singer that was flirting with him when he first got there. I also would have liked to see Lafayette as a vamp, . . .but oh well, . . I'm just glad they kept his character and didn't bump him off. I'm still so confused about Maryanne's character, . .I'm dying to know what happens to her and Sam. I just love Eric even more so after reading all the books. His one liners and relationship with Pam is so fun. I guess Daphne will fill the character of the romp through the woods character that was in the books with Sam, . .but since the TV series is so much different from the books I guess you never can tell. Oh and I do love that they paired Jessica with Hoyt. They were so cute together.
I LOVED last night's epi.... except Jason had his shirt on in some scences. Honestly, I didn't know if I would like some of the differences between the series and books, but I'm finding I enjoy most of them... not sure about the Jason and FoTS business though.

Love Eric. Love him in the books, . . and I love him even more in the TV series. The actor they picked is just perfect. Pam and Eric just crack me up. I loved the whole "Is there blood in my hair" scene. I totally agree with you with the Jason and the FOTS thing. It will be interesting to see how the TV show continues with that story. I just find the casting of this show to be excellent. Knowing what I know about the book, . . and Lorena. I'm trying not to like Bill to much. That is not to hard to do with Eric running around, . . I just need more no shirt scenes with Eric though.
I was completely addicted to the first season and I am so glad to say DH and I are totally into the second season as well. I like that they have added such dimension to the characters. Pam and Eric are hilarious. I love what they have done with them. Also, I do like Jessica as well. I was afraid they were going to make her annoying. She is actually quite funny as well. Sometimes Sookie says things that are almost profound and the next minute she says something brainless. I like her, but it is characters like Tara, Eric, Pam and Lafayette that keep me so entertained and engaged in the show. I need to watch the first three again anyway.
