i found out something interesting. the T oj does not have enough fiber(pulp) to be worth it unless u get Tropicana Fiber. I use T with Calcium and Vitamin D which has 5% more calcium than skim milk. I guess that meens i can drink 2 glasses of oj and 1 glass of milk or just have oj.

Just remember that juice is a concentrated calorie food. For the same amount of calories, you could have a glass of OJ, or eat several oranges (and get the benefit of fiber and other nutrients that are lost in the fiber, as well as enzymes that are destroyed when orange juice is pasteurized).
