Hello everyone,
When I used to be an aerobic instructor, we had a class called Trio step. The concept is that you have 3 steps (we had names for them to know which one we had to jump on - left, home (center one), right)and you are travaling from one to another with a super nice and intense choreography.
That could be a cool new idea for cathe. Instead to do it with a regular step, she could use the high step. It could maximise the room and still be intense.
Just an idea!
