I see the infomorcial on these every morning at work.... I recognize the people that do this info and trust them... but has anyone on this forum tried this vitamin B sublingual?

I haven't tried vit B sublingual, at one time I did use vit B for energy, that stuff really gets you moving. I was actually put on it, due to a doctor who didn't want to believe that my low blood pressure was what was zapping my energy. I now take normal meds to raise my blood pressure, and stay away from vitamin B pills. As I just didn't like the *fake* energy. It's nice to get up and go, but I guess with working in fitness and at the hospital, knowing that it's rented energy, and that I could easily over exhaust my body and not know it. Especially if I continued to take vitamin B. Just didn't make me feel comfortable.

Too much vitamin B can cause rapid heart rate/pulse, headaches, irrability (think PMS x 10), and muscle weakness.

So if you try this, please, no matter what do stay in with what the FDA guidelines recommend, for the vitamin Bs.
