Treadmill running workouts

I just finished barry's bootcamp and loved the treadmill workouts. Does anyone else have any workouts they do on the treadmill they like. I don't have an Ipod so can't get those Itread workouts. Any suggestions are great. I run at a 9:00 mile pace but can kick it up to 9.0 speed(not sure what that pace is, maybe 6:45) on the treadmill and I have done the incline up to 15 (holding on). My son will be back in preschool 2 days a week, so I really want to try running more again. I have mainly been running only 2 days this summer and swimming or doing Cathe tapes the other days. I am a runner and miss my runs. I like to do at least 4 days and want to try some new runs. Thanks, Mary

You can use itread workouts if you don't have an ipod. You just have to download them and you can play them from your computer or you can burn them to CD and put on your stereo.

Oh Mary I looooove treadmovers workouts. They have one called treadmoves for speed. It is so much fun and its very difficult. The music is good too. They also have one called intense moves where they skip and hop all over the treadmill which is very fun with great abs at the end. I love the instructor and the music.

Hope that helps,

Lisa

I vote for iTread and Cardio Coach. Without a doubt!!!!!!!!!

ETA: Mary, I'm not sure which BBC workout it is, but there is one TM workout in there where you do a bunch of things on the TM without even turning it ON! There's this one move that I think he calls the "shopping cart" race....you stand on the TM belt like you're going to run. You hang onto the handles, lean in, and run on the TM belt without turning it on. I highly recommend you do not do this move. I did it, and although it's an awesome interval workout, I ruined my TM belt that way and am now waiting on the new belt to arrive so I can fix it. :(

I think the iTread workouts are awesome. I am totally addicted to them and you can up your speed as much as you want.
