treadmill running rotation

i loose in terest in the treadmill fast. i remember a long time ago that Cathe had a rotation for the treadmill. maybe a rotation will help keep my interest.
i joined the gym to work my legs since i cant hold any dumbels so i don't plan on being there that long. if i feel like it i can go for an hour and run up to 6.+

a treadmill? yikes, I don't have a lot of help for you. Would working intervals of running at top speed with intervals of calisthenic type moves help? How about some of those free podrunner interval podcasts?
 
I have the same problem and I have found that Cardio Coach really helps. The intervals are distracting enough that I am not counting the seconds until I am done.
