Travel workouts..

... Something that could be popped into a laptop or portable dvd player. Something that requires no equipment except maybe bands or tubes, which can be easily packed in a suitcase? It would have to be a workout that doesn't take up a lot of space (European hotel rooms are usually the size of walk-in closets) and doesn't involve making lots of noise but which is nonetheless effective. Just think about the things most hotel rooms have (a bed, chair, dresser/table...) and get creative. I'm going to Greece in October and will probably get a great workout just running around that hilly (lots of stairs!) but I think all those business travelers trapped in hotel rooms in DeMoines or Cleveland (hotels which aren't likely to have gyms or much else), who carry laptops around, could really use some great hotel room workouts. I've never heard of such a thing but wouldn't it be great if someone did something really challenging and creative for them (us)?

I am going to Hawaii in 2 weeks, for 2 weeks on my honeymoon.

I looked up our hotels, and there are gyms. I am going to get up at 6AM and run on the treadmill.

Hope this helps! :)

Yea, but I was thinking more about business travellers staying at places like Motel 6...

Congratulations on your impending nuptials. Hawaii should be AWESOME!!!
