Just wondering about the length of the Travel Workout. I know it is a total body w/o but just wondering if it will be chaptered in order to cut it half incase of time restraints. I intend to use it while on vacation and sometimes 30min. is all I have (or want) to workout before hitting the "sites". Also then would you be able to alternate the shorten workout, making it a 2-day split w/o instead?
