I am at a point in my fitness journey where I would like to transition into doing more high impact moves and increase my workout intensity. I have been keeping things pretty much low impact because I am was at the begining of my fitness journey. Are there exercises I can do to stregthen the knee joints so that they can handle the High impact moves better. Whats the best way to work up to things? Any thoughts would be appreciated.
