Transforming Violets in July!!!

Hello out there. Are those crickets I hear? I think our transformers thread has transformed into a ghost town. I know I've been busy this week without alot of time to post and I guess so has everyone else.


Here's what I've been doing exercise wise.

Sunday was Power Hour.

Monday was an attempt at Rythmic Step. Didn't have any energy.

Tuesday was Drill Max Scrambled Cardio

Wednesday was an hour jog/walk

Today was BM2 Cardio/Weights pre-mix and then spin class tonight.

Tomorrow will be a jog or legs.

Counting down the days til the road trip. Heather, can't wait to see you again. Wendy, can't wait to meet you. You are still planning on dropping in at the hotel one of the nights?

I am still flying high and getting ready for the Road Trip. Here is a summary of my workouts for the week:

07-22-07 a.m. Kick Max

07-23-07 a.m. Low Max

07-24-07 a.m. Gym Style Legs (standing legs and stretch)

07-25-07 a.m. IMAX3

07-26-07 a.m. Muscle Max

07-27-07 a.m. Stretch Max (second segment)

07-28-07 a.m. High Step Challenge
