TRANSFORMATION CHALLENGE 5/2-5/8

Goldengirl,Your workout schedule is just like mine.I rotate between the firm,fitprime&cathe.I was surpose to do ME this morning.I forgot to set my alarm last night.I woke up at 3:36 instead of 3:15.I was going to do Body Sculpt Blaster.I got my three new firm tapes yesterday.I did Nancy's calorie killer.That is a great workout.The new firms are pumping up the intensity.They are coming up with different routines.I really like them alot.

Went to the chiropractor today.Made a six month commitment to take care of my skeleton.So much to do to take care of yourself.But,our bodies deserve it.
 
Wow, I'm sore this morning! Did MIS yesterday and it really got me in the chest muscles. I need all the help I can get in that particular area.

Got company coming tonight so it's a cooking day. DH is grilling chicken and fish and I'm doing the rest of the meal. MIL is coming also and is on a special no fat diet and my other guest is a pretty big boy and loves to eat so this will be a bit of a challenge. I'm also making snacks for DS and a busload of teens heading off to camp in NC tomorrow. Guess I'll put on some good music and get busy in the kitchen.
