CATHE- Just purchased the S&H series, cardiokicks, MIS, MIC, and a few other step/aerobic tapes from the site. Wondering if you could give me some advice RE: training rotations. I currently do 5 days cardio (running, biking, step, aerobics) and strength train upper body 3 days (chest and triceps, shoulders, back and biceps), lower body 2 days (weights, tapes). I also try to do yoga 1 day a week. Does this sound like enough, too much? I am trying to lose weight, tend to gain in butt, hips, thighs. How do I incorporate your tapes into my current routine? I was thinking maybe doing S&H tapes one week and then using my weight machines and dumbells the next week. I have a complete home gym. Any suggestions? Thank you in advance!
