Im trying to find out where my heart rate should be during cardio . I am 49 years old and I always work at about a 150s to 160s Is this too high will lactic build up prevent my fat burn. I workout 6 days a week with your vidios and classes from my club. Someone help I seem to have hit a plaeteu.
