Training for Interval Max

I have a theory that I would like to share about working up to the intensity of Interval Max -- esp. those plyo jumps. I found that by adding the Firm's "Core Cardio 1" to my workout regimen at least once per week that I became conditioned and able to do "Interval Max" with no modifications - except I don't look like Cathe on Interval 10! "Core Cardio 1" contains a lot of plyo moves, and I think perhaps that's what helped me get to the "Interval Max" level.

Has anyone else noticed the same?
