Traditional aerobics classes.

Hello.

Does anyone know where I can find traditional aerobics classes in Ocean County, NJ where I live like the ones from back in the day in the 80's/90's.

It would be a great way to make more friends and get fit. And it would be a great way to learn how to be an exercise coach.

I am looking not to pay alot or take one for free. I don't care if the class is mostly dominated by ladies.

I really am looking forward to this. All your help is greatly appreciated.

Your best bet would be to google "aerobics in Ocean County NJ"
 
Hey Lobo. How are you?

I searched high and low on google and all over the internet and found two aerobics studios, but they since shut down. The other hits are gyms that are like bally's, which I hate bally's because of the loud noises and odors and rude staff.

Do you or anyone got any other ideas.
