Tracy Byrne you rock! (Cathe on FoxBusiness)

I have been a fan of Fox Business, and always admired how good Tracy Byrne looks (I think she is about my age) with a demanding career, family & kids, now I know her secret- she gets up at 4am and does Cathe!

I know she lurks in here, as do I. I want her to know I'll be thinking of her tomorrow morning at 5am (I sleep in a bit) when I do Cathe- in the dark of the early morning with no light except from the tv

Tracy is GREAT and so is Dagan McDowell! I love them both! Cathe did a great job, didn't she!? I missed the very beginning so I hope it's on You Tube or the Fox website. Cathe, you ROCK!!!!

Love that she;s getting national press - I could see Cathe on Dancing With The Stars - she'd be great and she'd get a ton of press!
