Tracking order?

I placed and order early friday. I have been trying to track the order and it can not be found. what is the deal??

Did you check your email to track it? When I order a video, SNM always emails me when it ships and you can track it from there. Hope this helps!

I just checked my email on a video I just ordered and UPS will send you the info when it ships. It took a day.

Yes I have checked my email, but when I go to the link provided it can not find the shipment.

I had the same problem. I think maybe since it shipped today it's not in the UPS system yet?

I would try calling UPS. Do you have the tracking number?
