I've seen these workouts mentioned in various posts here and on other websites. The feedback seems overall positive. I finally looked at Tracie Long's website, and there's not a lot of information about these workouts. Are these advanced workouts, comparable in intensity to Cathe? Is the production quality good? Do you have to buy the "band" she lists as necessary equipment separately? I did not like Strong Bear -- if that's so, will I not like these? I will appreciate any input into these workouts. Thanks -- always looking for variety!!
