Tracey's Strike Zone vs Cathe's Kick, Pucnh & Crunch

I second KBX and I recommend In the Ring for a little med ball intervals with your kickbox. For long clips of both workouts go to:
www.nrgfitness.net (and click on products...it will take you to the clips).
I also second Kelly Coffey-Meyer's Cardio Kick Stepboxing...fun and tough.

I will never part with KPC and may have to work that into my rotation next week as it has been a while.

I just finished one of the KPC/LG premixes. It was a great lower body circuit workout. There are so many good premixes on this DVD.

I also recommend the suggestions for Amy Bento's KBX and In The Ring.

Oh yeah In the Ring is great too!
Which one of Kellys step boxing is best? 1 or 2? I was already thinking on trying one.

I personally like the second one better but they are both good. The second one is all stepboxing. The first one has about 40 min. or so, maybe less of actual stepboxing then goes into sculpting.

I didn't read all the replies so I don't know if anyone mentioned the versatility of KP&C. The premixes are awsome! I own both of these and KP&C is a must have in my book.
