Tracey's parts DVD upper body rocks!

Well, I just did the upper body part of her "parts" workout... and my arms are like limp noodles now! She has some really fantastic exercises... especially enjoyed the "flutters" that totally fry your shoulders. I haven't done the glute camp yet. But did like the short pilates and yoga section. IMO, this DVD is two thumbs up!

tracey who? I dont know which instructor this is but am very interested, I am looking for something to shock my upper body.

Isn't that a killer move delfin? Tracey Effinger uses it in the Squeeze video and I have always liked it (but I like the entire Squeeze workout).

Laura - she's talking about Tracey Staehle (www.fitbytracey.com to see some clips).

I'm just not wild about this whole DVD though. I thought it was only ok - and kind of bummed about that. Really hoped I'd like it more. Different strokes...

Yes, SUB is pretty good - I esp. have doms in my biceps! Although the flutters are goodies, I wish she would've done different types of shoulder work though - I was thinking "does she not realize there are 3 parts of the shoulders???"

I was pretty dissapointed in Glute Camp though. It was just "all right" for me. My fave lower body w.o.s are still B&G & GS Legs timesaver.

Haven't done total body/pilates yet. Looking forward to it though.

BTW, any thoughts on Step Sweatfest - i'm thinking about buying it.

Keep smiling & sweating!

I liked Step Sweatfest. There are two sections. The first is more broken down; the second is barely broken down at all (which I like but can be a bit frustrating at first.) Choreography isn't too bad in section 1 but section 2 is complex. I liked the music and it was fun. Unfortunately, I haven't gotten that much of a chance to do this one as much as I would like to. Too many workouts, not enough time.

I really enjoy Tracey's Step Sweatfest. 60 min. just flys by. :)
Now her newest, HISM2, I have only done the first 40 min. But, I know it's a keeper!

I like the look of this Tracey Effinger upper body. I didn't have the patience to watch the whole clip. Does she do a lot with shoulders and triceps, that is always my main concern.

The clips Lorrie linked to are of Tracey Staehle. (It does get confusing, doesn't it? LOL!)

I went to the Tracey staehle website and did not see any upper body tapes, looked like all cardio. I clicked into the website that was on this thread and saw an upper body workout so now I am confused? Who had the video that is Upper Body and Glute Camp? That is what I was watching, not really interested in Glute Camp but always looking for upper body tapes that are GOOD!
