Will anyone be pre-ordering the workouts that Tracey Staehle will be filming in about 2 weeks? I wanted other opinions before I do. I think she is filming them all in 1 day. There will be 3 DVDs, each 90 minutes long, this is from her site:

Cardio Sweatfest with KB + Hi-Lo 90 mins = $15.99 presale/$19.99 reg
Step Sweatfest 90 mins = same
Sculpt Sweatfest 90 mins = same

Free Shipping for my current customers (except int'l customers will have a $5.50 dicount off shipping)

I didn't order her previous ones, but I'm going to order the kickboxing and sculpt ones from sweatfest.

Yes I'll be preordering. I love High Intensity Step from her first group of workouts. I also have the Kickbox one, not as crazy about that one but not enough to deter me from ordering this time.

I will be preordering, not at all disappointed with her first batch, in fact her step workout is my favorite step interval workout right now!!

I wasn't going to, but the more I watch the rehearsal clips on her website the more I'm feeling myself starting to cave. The kickboxing workout looks really good and now that the hi/lo workout is on there as well it makes it hard to pass up for the pre-sale price. The step workout sounds like it's right up my alley as well. The description says it's more athletic, but still very fun and intense, so I'll probably cave on that one as well.

The prices are good for 90-minute workouts, and I was getting more and more excited about these the more I read, but something about the KB previews just doesn't excite me, so I'm back on the fence (and seeing what Tracey plans to wear for the KB workouts is not a point in their favor, LOL!).

I'll wait until February (I'm sure the presale will last that long at least, since it starts in February, and maybe there will be more actual workout clips to see).

Is she as advanced as Cathe? I've never done any of her workouts. Are here workouts easy to learn or are they complex like some of Cathes? I like Cathes more basic ones like Drill max, etc...

The clips on the website are not wowing me (yes, I realize they are rehearsal clips). Perhaps I am missing something.

I wonder if the Web clips are just in slower motion so they practice form and such? I would think she's going to be moving at a much faster pace in the actual workout. At any rate, I'm holding out on these although I would LOVE if the kickbox one panned out...

Taken from a post Tracey made on her site regarding the kickboxing portion of her new Cardio Sweatfest workout:

"This workout combines upper and lower body moves. I am being honest when I tell you that the first month and a half of rehearsals, I was sore everyday! I can see changes in my body I've never seen before! I used my knowledge from my first filming to make this workout superior. You will feel your legs, butt and arms burning throughout the entire workout. There are two 5 min upper body & lower body drills at the end of the workout. The workout begins with you learning the combo then we speed it up (paying close attention to our form) and then we slow it down focusing on "Tension Moves" which will give the muscles an additional burn and allow you to really focus on your form...

As far as SPACE, you will all be thrilled to hear we don't move around like in HIKBC, we are moving and sweating but not using much space at all! I feel like this is the toughest workout I've done yet! I have a little surprise in this workout for you all. It is something you requested so I put it in toward the end of the workout. I'm going to have a second mic on Jess for this part! I will let you all give your input as far as the pre-mixes go.

I am definitely going to have the following options:

All 9 combos Slow
All 9 combos Double Time
Just Legs
Upper Body
Drills
30 Min Sweatfest

Taking ideas if you've got them!"
