Total Upper Body

I'd like another workout like Pyramid Upper that includes the whole upper body. It wouldn't have to be pyramid. I just like the fact that PU includes everything. Most of Cathe's split workouts are 3-day: lower body and then upper body split into 2 days. Some times I just can't fit that much strength training in, and so I like the pyramid series since you can do total lower body one day and then total upper body on another.

I know we can use the option on the CTX DVD, but I'd still like to see a new video for the entire upper body.

Check out my suggestion for a "Simple Strength Series." I, too, like working the upper body all in one session. I figured that each of the Upper Body segments would take about 8-9 min. each so that you could work the whole upper body in about 45 min. With a warm-up, abs, and a stretch - the workout would clock in at about 65 min.

It would be nice to have another 2-day split routiine: upper body/lower body. Maybe on the same DVD, with a premix for total body?;-)

I checked out your simple strength series suggestion. I like the idea, though I also I love having someone else structure my workouts and sets, so I won't comment much on that part of things. But I will say that I do occasionally love a workout with no low-ends. That one rep pattern adds such a "dread" factor to a workout that it is nice to have the few without them! (even though I KNOW they are so effective!)
