Total body workout using body weight for resistance

I would love to see Cathe do a total body workout that hits all the muscle groups just using our body weight as resistance. For example, push ups (many varieties), tricep dips, pull ups, plyo moves for the lower body, core work, etc. I'm thinking of the kind of stuff I see gymnasts do (and I know Cathe used to be a gymnast, so she's gotta have some great ideas ;) ).

She could even do a circuit-type workout that includes splashes of high-intensity cardio (plyo), jumping jacks, rope jumping, kickboxing.

This would be a great complement to the kickboxing series she has in the works!

This sounds like an awesome idea! ;) I agree that it would be wonderful if Cathe could do a workout like this since not all the time do I want to lift weights, but still want to get in more than a cardio session. Good thinking!!:D

I really like this idea too. It's so nice not to have to drag out tons of equipment and I feel I can get just as effective a workout without equipment.

I would love something like this, especially as a circuit with cardio interspersed throughout. Really hardcore, no equipment. Yeah baby.
