I would love to see Cathe do a total body workout that hits all the muscle groups just using our body weight as resistance. For example, push ups (many varieties), tricep dips, pull ups, plyo moves for the lower body, core work, etc. I'm thinking of the kind of stuff I see gymnasts do (and I know Cathe used to be a gymnast, so she's gotta have some great ideas ).
She could even do a circuit-type workout that includes splashes of high-intensity cardio (plyo), jumping jacks, rope jumping, kickboxing.
This would be a great complement to the kickboxing series she has in the works!
