I did something similar to your plan in May (TB workouts 3x/wk) and I was very happy w/ the muscle definition I gained.

However, I was also much more tired on the non-weight lifting days so I eased up my cardio expectations until the final couple of weeks of my 5 wk rotation.
Your Cathe weight workouts choices are great ones!! The only thing I did differently was one day of more intense lower body work (eg B&G, L&G, LL or GS Legs) paired w/ a short UB workout (eg. BM2 UB only or MMx UB only).
If you've been lifting regularly, your choice of cardio might be fine, but if you haven't been doing Cathe's weight workouts at least 2x/ week regularly, I think you'll find that you aren't giving your muscles enough recovery time. Maybe do Imax 2 w/o the blasts, KPC warm up thru high intensity drills (no combos) or walk/swim/bike/dance. LIC cardio only is fine.
My thought is you might notch down your cardio intensity for the first couple of weeks to really be able to give your all to the weight workouts. Does that make sense?
Also, please be sure to add a stretching routine (15-30 min) 2x/ week.
Have fun and good luck!
