Just gotta say that this workout ROCKS! I LOVE it! And my triceps, rear delts, upper back are absolutely fried! And my quads are more sore than they've been in a while.

I love the workouts, HATE the music. So glad for the "voice only" option on this one. Usually, I can deal with just about any music, but not this one. Sorry -- jmho.
I love total body trisets, upper and lower, as well. I like upper a little bit more than lower, but both bring a smile to my face. <----- (see? That's me smiling!)
