I recently started working out with weights 2 days using MM, MIS, ME and other total body programs, plus 2 days of cardio. I find this suits my lifestyle perfectly. I purchased 4DS recently, but find that the format of doing cardio followed by weights did not suit me, I prefer to do my cardio and weights on different days.
Is possible to have an STS style program, but training just 2 days a week using either upper & lower body split or totaly body? Can a person training like this still achieve results like they would in an undulation or linear periodization program?
