Total Body Blast Rotation?

I have heard (seen) some of you talk about the Total Body Blast rotation with the new videos?

Could someone help me join the party... since I am now a proud owner of the intensity series videos???? :-jumpy

Where can I get this rotation? I could really use some help in planning out how to best use this new series!
