Total Body Blast Chk In 3/17-3/23

Hi Everyone who is still doing the Total Body Blast. :D

Sunday I just did Cardio Kicks and kickboxing segment in Boot Camp from the pre mix.
Monday was Muscle Endurance, cardio only from 10 10 10 and 30 min of Interval Treadmill

I am not doing the Total Body Blast any longer - but I sure do miss it! I started the CTX series on Sunday. Leaner Legs lived up to its reputation! I am enjoying the CTX series, but I think I may alternate one week CTX and the next Intensity Series.

I like the way you put together kickboxing with Boot Camp and Cardio Kicks. I need to start collecting DVDs to replace my videos so I can do fun mixes like that!
 
Hi Laura,
I think it is an excellent idea to combine CTX with the Intense Series. To me, they go together very well. Maybe you and I can 'pioneer' the road to a CTX and IS rotation sometime. LOL
I did Leaner Legs last week, and yes, it was still hard. :D

Enjoy your workouts. I enjoyed getting acquainted with you. Perhaps we will work together again real soon.
