For all those that already have this is it worth buying or is it just what has been written before.

Thanks Kim:)

Can you borrow it from the library first? I guess that I expected too much from this book. If you want to buy it try Half.com.

IMO its like any other book- its value depends on what you already know & how well you implement it.
For some reason I "knew" everthing Tosca wrote but had never been able to live by it... Something clicked with me after reading her book- It no longer seemed that eating clean was a chore- it seemed very natural. Although I am not perfect - I have about 3 weeks every month where the guidelines from Tosca are simply second nature.
I love the book- the recipes- the inspiration from someone my age who was far more out of shape and looks like she does now in just a couple of years....

I think that her book provides very sound nutrition advice, and her personal experience with weight as well. Though there really isn't any "new" info, as a nutritionist myself, I felt very motivated to eat "clean". There were a few recipes in the back of the book I was very glad to have as well. Hope it helps.

I agree with the PP's. There is not a lot of new information, but for some reason, having it all there really motivated me to start. It is an easy read and has a lot to it (i.e. recipes, grocery lists, mal plans, etc.). After buying it and reading it, something just "clicked" even though most of the information was stuff I already knew.

I say it is definitely worth the money.

I agree with the pp's. Try the library first. What I really like about it is the receipies. There are some really good ones in there.

I agree with the previous replies. I knew all this info but somehow it has now clicked. For some obscure reason the book is motivating and makes eating clean the natural way to go. Its colorful, attractively laid out and straightforward. Amazingly it got me to stop my p.m ice cream and nighttime binging. Don't ask me how!
