GO EDITH! I was wondering the same thing about form - but I've never used kettlebells. If that is how it is SUPPOSED to be done, I don't think I'll every try them. Looks like risk for injury would be too great for me. But Edith is very impressive
She's actually doing the Active American Swing. It does go overhead, as opposed to the standard chest-high (Russian) swing. It's the default swing used by CrossFit.
