Hi Cathe, I've been doing the PS series for quite some time. Recently, I've been trying to increase the weight I use for the chest, shoulder, tricep workout. But I seem to be getting alot of trapezius development which I DON"T care for at all!. Am I doing something wrong? How can I avoid this? Thanks for your help. Sheila P.S.I'm really looking forward to your new tapes!

Anyone have any ideas? Thanks.

Traps

Your trapezius muscles are most specifically targeted when you do shrugs and upright rows. Rear delt flys also tap into this area. When doing these exercises, be sure to keep your weights very light if you seem to be getting unwanted definition in this area.
