Too much? Just Right?

Hi, I'm in a Cathe pyramid rotation right now.
I'm doing PLB once a week, deciding that my legs(and me) are not up to doing it twice a week! So I feel and wanted to get in other leg work!
I decided to do Lotte Berk with it. Haven't tried it before and I had had the DVD's for ages - so let's give it a shot I say!

So, here is my question ~ For those familiar with Lotte, I'm doing HRA(High Round Assets) plus bonus, BE(Basic Essentials) Seat work, and MEF(Muscle Eats Fat) Seat work - twice a week in addition to Cathe's PLB!

So that makes working my legs 3x a week - is it too much or just right? or Neither?

I must say Lotte is pleasantly surprising me with slight DOMS the day after! YAY!! (I really don't need to mention how I feel a day after a Cathe workout do I? :D }( :D )

I think Lotte fits the bill perfectly! I don't think you're overworking your legs as long as you space the workouts apart, every other day or so. Since Lotte seat work doesn't require any weights and you stretch a lot, it would probably be a benefit to PLB. Don't those bonus workouts fry you? They do me!
