Tonique Mat Workout...

Just got Sylwia's Tonique Mat workout...WOW she kicked my butt!!!!! That is one tough workout. Does anyone else have this??? I f so, what is a good substitute for the bike manovours(sp?) and the leg circles? My lower back can't take these. Thanks in advance.

Have you tried putting your hands under your lower back/rear area? If you'll slightly elevate that area, it helps your lower back with the bicycles and leg circles.
 
I got this a few weeks ago too and love it. The bike maneuvers don't bother my back, it's the section where you keep your pelvis elevated higher than 2 fists for so long. The part seems like it will never end... end then it's over. Ahhhhhh.
 
The segment that is done on your back is my fave in this work out! So tough and gives me killer DOMS in my buns the next day!
 
Included the back lying segment thru the bicycles in my work out this morning! Oh my lord it was even harder then I remember it being! :eek: I've been focusing a lot on strength lately so I think I've some endurance in the backside. Need to work on that! It's a never ending cycle!!!
