Before I got pregnant I was doing BFL with the intentions of losing 15-20lbs. I was working out 6 days a week, usually doing 2 workouts 4 of the days. My major problem areas are my hips/thighs/butt. (and abs too). So I'm wondering if I start to focus more on my lower body if it will tone up a bit even though I'm pregnant?
