I haven't had TOM (that time of the month) in a while. Dr gave me some hormone pills to get everythiing under control. So now I have my first TOM in 4 months, and after yesterday's PUB workout I'm soooo sore that I couldn't sleep all night (sitting up is the only way I feel OK). I thought it could be that I hurt something, but I went to my chiropractor and he said it's muscle soreness. Also, my legs feel like jello and I haven't worked them in 4 days. I can't even do cardio 
Does this ever happen to anyone? Any advice? I'm pretty upset because I finally got my diet streightened out and was excited about my rotation and now TOM.. can't do anything.
